Every order leaves our studio boxed with care. Here's what to expect when it finds you — and how to send it back if it isn't quite right.
Free shipping over $80
US orders ship free above $80. Under $80, a flat $6 shipping fee applies.
Made-to-order timing
Most pieces are hand-finished within 2–4 business days before shipping.
Wrapped as a gift
Every order arrives in a velvet pouch, structured gift box, and satin ribbon — at no extra cost.
Tracked & insured
Domestic orders ship with tracking. International options available at checkout.
Shipping
- United States: 3–5 business days after your piece is finished. Free above $80, flat $6 below.
- Canada: 7–14 business days. Calculated at checkout.
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination. Import duties may apply.
- Order tracking: A tracking link is emailed the moment your package leaves us.
Gentle returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece for a refund or store credit.
- Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Earrings and Mystery Jar pieces are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
- Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send instructions within one business day.
If something arrives damaged
We do our best to pack each piece carefully, but if something arrives broken, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email us — we'll repair, replace, or refund on us.
