Yes — unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of arrival. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Keep pieces dry, away from perfume, lotion, and seawater. Store each piece separately in its silk pouch. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

We use tarnish-resistant, nickel-free metals (sterling silver, gold-filled, and 14k gold plate) suitable for most sensitive skin. Pearls are real freshwater.
